Your Rewards: More Choice, More Flexibility
Since launching Rewards and Reward Credit, we have been listening to your feedback and are making changes to ensure we give supporters more flexibility over how you earn and spend your rewards. The key changes are:
- Argyle Rewards is the name for our reward platform. All season-ticket holders and Evergreen members can access Argyle Rewards.
- You can now save your Reward Credit instead of having to spend it on the next purchase. All Reward Credit still must be spent by the final home game of the season.
- You can use Reward Credit and earn new Reward Credit on the same transaction.
- Adult season-ticket holders and Evergreen members who log in to Argyle Rewards between now and kick-off on Saturday will receive £5 Reward Credit if they enter the code ARGYLE5. This must be spent before the end of Saturday, either in-store, in our kiosks, or at ArgyleSuperstore.co.uk.
Introducing Argyle Rewards
Evergreen Rewards is being renamed Argyle Rewards, reflecting the wider range of supporters who can engage with the platform and rewards programme.
We understand there was some confusion among season-ticket holders who are not Evergreen members about their eligibility for the platform.
To make this clearer:
All season-ticket holders have access to Argyle Rewards.
Evergreen remains the name of our membership scheme. As part of being an Evergreen member, you get access to Argyle Rewards.
Save your Reward Credit for when you want to use it
Previously, Reward Credit was automatically used on your next eligible transaction.
Now, you can build up your Reward Credit balance and choose when you want to spend it.
Whether you want to use your Reward Credit on your next purchase or save it for something further down the line, the choice is yours.
However, you must spend all available Reward Credit before the end of the last home game of the season – as per the terms and conditions this is Monday, 3 May, 2027. This has not changed.
Earn and spend Reward Credit on the same transaction
You can now use your existing Reward Credit and earn more Reward Credit on the same eligible transaction.
This means you can use the Reward Credit you have already built up while continuing to grow your balance.
For example:
You have £5 of Reward Credit available and make an eligible purchase of £20.
• You can choose to save your £5 Reward Credit for later or spend it here.
• If you choose to use your £5 Reward Credit, there is £15 left to pay.
• You then earn Reward Credit on the £15 you pay.
• If you are an Evergreen Adult Premium Member or season-ticket holder you will earn £1.50 in new Reward Credit from this transaction.
You can use the Reward Credit you have already built up while continuing to earn more.
£5 Reward Credit for eligible fans who log in between now and kick-off on Saturday, 10 October
To celebrate even more features on the platform, we are giving every eligible fan* £5 Reward Credit if they log in to the platform between now and kick-off (12.30pm) on Saturday, 10 October.
All fans will have to do is enter the code ARGYLE5 into their portal.
This £5 Reward Credit must be spent before the end of Saturday either in-store, in our kiosks, or at ArgyleSuperstore.co.uk.
*Eligible fans are Evergreen Adult Members and season-ticket holders.
Exciting future updates
We are constantly adding new features and prizes to the platform. For example, a Bim Pepple signed shirt can be won this month.
We are hoping soon fans will be able to add their Argyle Reward QR code to their Apple or Google wallet.
Fans will also be able to see the campaigns we are running and prizes they may be eligible for.
You are now in control of when you use your Reward Credit.
You can earn it, save it, and spend it when you choose.
