Argyle and Bidfood have agreed a partnership extension which sees the latter become our Official Events Partner.

Bidfood’s branding will switch from Argyle’s trainingwear and see them don the new title as Official Events Partner on a two-year term.

Home Park Stadium hosts an array of events throughout the year, including this summer the concerts of Muse and Rod Stewart, and Sky Bet Championship football will also return to the home of Argyle for the first time since 2010.

Argyle Head of Commercial, James Greenacre, said: “I am delighted Bidfood have committed to the club for a further two years.

“They have been a sponsor of the club for the past three years, with the partnership being mutually beneficial throughout its duration so far. Bidfood will now become our Official Events Partner, which will see them access thousands of visitors who attend Home Park Stadium every year.

“I want to thank them for their continued support and look forward to working with them to activate the partnership over the next two years.”

Andrew Quinn, Field Sales Manager at Bidfood added: “It’s a great honour to be named the Official Events Partner of the mighty Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

“This season will mark our third successive season with the club, and it means so much as one of the most prominent wholesalers in the South West to be united with this iconic sporting team.

“As always, we will continue to provide service excellence to the team’s fan base by serving top quality food and snacks, creating that unrivalled match day experience they crave and love.

“It’s not just about supporting the team’s desire to excel on the football pitch, it’s about serving the wider community and ensuring our sustainability goals are hit whilst doing this. But of course, we hope to follow Plymouth Argyle all the way to the Premier League too!”
