The club is writing to supporters to confirm coach travel boarding procedures for this weekend’s Papa Johns Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium.

Emails will be sent to all supporters booked with the Miles Away Travel Club for Sunday's match against Bolton Wanderers. All emails will be dispatched before close of business on Thursday, 30 March.

Emails will include confirmation of which coach number you are placed on. Please rest assured that all supporters who made group bookings will be placed on the same coach.

Twenty-six coaches will depart Home Park for the Pilgrimage to Wembley at 6am, from outside of the Babcock Devonport End.

The stand will be open from early Sunday morning, and the club will lay on a free breakfast roll (including vegan options) and a hot drink for early arrivals as a gesture of our thanks for your incredible support. Toilet facilities will be open, and coach itineraries will also be available under the stand to confirm your coach number, if you require a reminder.

Please note that, due to the size of the traveling fleet, coaches will snake all the way from the Devonport End up towards Outland Road. All coaches will be visibly numbered but, due to staggered arrival times, they may not arrive in numerical order.

There will be a number of supervisors on site to help supporters locate their correct coach. Please do not board your coach, even if you are certain it is the correct one, until a coach supervisor grants permission to do so. This is vital to ensure that travel lists are appropriately checked.

Please ensure early arrival, as the coach drivers will be working to a very strict timetable for timely arrival at the national stadium. There will not be the capacity to delay departure from Home Park for late arrivals.

Similarly, with 1,300 supporters boarding our official travel service, parking in the Milehouse Park & Ride is likely to be at a premium. Please consider car sharing to the stadium, or get a lift to Home Park, if possible, to preserve parking spaces for those who need them most.

If you opt to park in residential areas around the stadium, please park responsibly, paying attention to any residential restrictions and with due care and attention.

Please note that there is a strict no alcohol policy on Miles Away Travel Club coaches, and we strongly advise that a zero-tolerance policy is in place for anti-social or aggressive behaviour. Supporters can expect to be searched for alcohol before boarding their coach.

Food and drink is permitted, but we request that all supporters leave the coach in a clean and tidy state. If you note any spillages, please report them to your coach supervisor as soon as possible.

Supporters are permitted to leave personal belongings on coaches while at the game, but do so at their own risk. Please ensure that you have all the necessary belongings with you to enjoy the game as the coaches will be parked and locked for the duration of the fixture. Similarly, we ask that all supporters carefully ensure they take all their belongings with them upon departing the coaches at Home Park.

We ask that all supporters return to their travel coach promptly after full-time and potential celebrations. Your coach supervisor will advise on relevant departure timings for all scenarios.

Thank you for your incredible support. Enjoy the occasion.
