Joe is a centre forward who has been playing for Argyle’s academy since Under-12s. Hatch has represented Wales at Under-16 and 17s level, competing in the Under-17 European Championship in 2023 alongside fellow Pilgrim Freddie Issaka. Joe played regularly for the Under 18s side in the 2022/23 season.
