Joe Ralls departed Cardiff City in the summer of 2025, after making 384 appearances and scoring 32 goals in 14 years with the club.

Captaining the Bluebirds for several years, he also had a loan spell with Yeovil Town in 2013.

Joe joined the Greens in November 2025 on a short-term contract, initially until January 2026.
