IT has been a manic day on Planet Pilgrim, with Sky Bet League Two fixtures announced, the First Round draw for the Carabao Cup and a contract renewal.
The day opened with confirmation of Argyle’s full fixtures for the new season and we quickly broke it down into sections for the Green Army.
We started at the start, then an exciting finish to the season and some bumper holiday fixtures. There are some very long trips, as always, six midweek fixtures and some serious mileage to cover.
We will play on Leap Day for just the fifth time in Argyle history and manager Ryan Lowe gave his verdict on the schedule. News then broke of a contract extension for Joel Grant and the winger gave his reaction.
A fascinating day ended with the Pilgrims handed a home tie with Leyton Orient in the Carabao Cup.
